What are the main reasons that people do not work out? We don’t like sweating and it’s boring, right? No, it does not have to be boring or sweaty if you do water aerobics.  Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in shallow water. Joint pain, osteoarthritis, muscle strains and tears, limited range of motion, and many other conditions may keep your residents from performing physical, but this is a workout that is easy on all of that. The benefits include low impact movement, decreased possibility of heat exhaustion, reduced possibility of injury, and minimal joint stress.
