Brian brings over 25 years insurance and related experience to the PCALIC Team. Brian is a licensed agent/broker and has spent in excess of 25 years providing insurance protection to businesses and over 20 years managing an insurance agency. Brian is the founder of PCALIC, LLC and one of the founders and driving forces in the development of PCH Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., A RRG. Brian enjoys spending his free time with his children and grandchildren. Brian also enjoys regular training, rock climbing, hiking, snow boarding and most anything to do with the outdoors.

Lita brings to PCALIC over 19 years of insurance experience and6 years of specialization in adult residential care insurance and risk management experience. It is not uncommon to find Lita attending session and conferences regarding the adult residential care industryand sometimes even instructing risk management session for the industry. Lita has a true passion and compassion for seniors and is always seeking ways to help the organizations and people that serve the adult care industry.

Danielle brings in excess of four years of specialized adult residential care insurance experience to the PCALIC Team. As a single mother of one son, she continues to expand her education so she can further help others.

LaDonna brings in excess of 25 years insurance experience to the PCALIC Team with background in underwriting and as a licensed insurance agent/broker. LaDonna is a mother of 2 and in addition with sharing her care to the adult residential care industry through her insurance expertise, she also serves on the board of a non-profit organization, “People Who Care”, helping local people in the community who are struggling or need a helping hand to get back on their feet.

Kayla brings years of customer service expertise to the PCALIC Team.  Her previous experience in the Medical field helps her relate to customers on a more personal level.  She resides in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania and on the weekends you can find her camping, kayaking, visiting the beach, attending local Zumba for Charity events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Bryan is a licensed insurance agent/broker specializing in proving insurance and risk management protection to adult residential care communities of all sizes. Bryan enjoys helping facility administrators and owners to obtain the proper insurance protection and provide tools to assist in proactively reducing and eliminating losses and incidents at the facilities. Bryan enjoys and values time spent with his wife and 2 children, playing sports, working out and listening to music.

Dawn brings 15 years of accounting experience to the PCALIC team. Being a mother of three she has to be detail minded and that has helped to make our team efficient in the ever changing insurance industry.

Kathi graduated with a BSBA in Marketing from Shippensburg University. For the past 6 years, she has been dedicated to serving the adult residential care communities and appreciates what they offer their communities. Kathi has devoted much of her time to helping find a cure for Breast Cancer. In 2007 she started training and fundraising to participate in multiple Susan G. Komen 3-Day 60 Mile Walks to help find a cure for Breast Cancer (and ultimately all cancers) and has been able to help raise nearly $50,000 for research.
