A Christmas Bazaar is an event that caters to the Christmas holiday by selling baked goods, raffles, homemade items, and much more. This would be a great event to have at your Assisted Living facility because many senior citizens love planning events like this and many of them love to bake or make homemade items. Christmas bazaars are usually held after Thanksgiving but a few weeks before Christmas. You can ask your residents to volunteer for special duties (collecting tickets, selling items, etc.) and have tickets available beforehand and at the door. As long as you’re in the Christmas spirit, it will be a great time.
